I bought this ssd drive to back up a new computer

Unfortunately the backup the software preloaded on the device is already obsolete and not supported

Therefore i had to go to the western digital website which then transferred me to the sandisk website in order to find the new software which doesn’t even have the same name

Best buy needs to pull their product off the shelves and get western digital to load back up software that works with the device
