I picked arctis pro wireless and got everything running on my computer and found my headset disconnecting over and over and ran all the updates and tested on 2 computer and my ps4 and will have the same problem over and over

Then i took them back replaced them with a new arctis pro wireless and got home and tested the headset and found the same problem and tested everything again but still disconnecting and open a ticket with steelseries and told me something wrong with the headset

Great sound quality and it is very nice to be able to step away from your desk without having to take off the headset

It had good sound quality is great however the mic is really low

I maxed out my mic volume and had the mic next to my mouth and was told that it was still hard to hear me

Had to shout for even a clear sound not worth the money the a50 is a better deal
