Skinnystix is the best appetite suppressant on the market that you can get over the counter. I have no problem sleeping and my cravings are not a problem anymore! Does suppress my appetite.
It makes a very refreshing beverage. Curbs appetite. Instead of my usual afternoon nap in front of the tv while the kids nap, i’ve been on the treadmill watching tv.
Cons
The caffeine strength is weaker than tea. It makes you nauseous and feel like you have the stomach flu. If you are sensitive to caffeine learn more purchases.

Would not put them in a metal water bottle for some reason it tasted worse in metal than plastic water bottle not sure why
