Pros

Iron, they say is just element, but it's also energizing to the cells. This is what i feel when i take this brand, zahler. And it's price is reasonable.

Iron ferrochel absorbs well and is easy on the insides. I donate platelets every 2 weeks, and lately, my hemoglobin has been around 12.

Cons

Both were sold by apex nutrition. Experienced bad nausea and stomach cramps/pain. Also was constipating. I know stuff like this can happen but yuck!
