Pros
The padding is soft so there isn't any discomfort when you lie on it. Has been a big help for spine flexibility. There could be a little more cushion, especially when you use it to roll your back out.
While rumble rollers help loosen tight muscles, siegla’s yoga wheel allows me to engage in various yoga positions to stretch my body after an intense wod. The narrowness allows so much more stretch and cracking than a normal foam roller.
Cons
The stuffiness is literally non existent. Trying spraying febreeze on it, didnt help. I feel it flex significantly when i'm on it.

It did arrive with a tiny scratch on the inside of the wheel but it wasnt noticeable enough to return it
