The t-46g has a great color display and great voice quality. The phone is very sturdy and solid feeling. The partnes closely collaborate. With the poe switch to support a bonus.
Cons

While the speakerphone isnt quite as good as the long since discontinued polycom 501 phones ive used for years the price is far better
Competitiveness
A few months ago i started using this yealink t46g along with a yealink cordless w52p which i love as well
Im a big fan of yealink since they are easy and fast to setup work great and have a reasonable price
All told the yealinks which have recently won several awards including phone of the year readily bested the competition in our analysis
In short like all yealink phones this is a pretty good bang for your buck when it comes to a color ip phone with blf keys

Ive used a traditional ip phone adapter from phonepower and wanted to see if using a direct ip solution was better

Im using it with the phonepower carrier and everything was easy to setup and works perfectly i can check voicemail see new voicemail notifications and with the bt40 adapter can connect my bluetooth headset directly into the phone for wireless operation

One note the poe works great but no adapter and no hardwired power source for this phone is included

One final piece of advice buy the phones from an authorized dealer to be eligible for the warranty
