Pros & Cons
Pros
These monitors hold up to that kind of * very well. It's worth the hassle of sending back if you don't like them. Its such a good studio monitor for the pice.
Cables make up a really big part of the overall setup for mixing monitors. These are sooooo much better than mixing with headphones. I have yamaha monitor headphone, yamaha keyboard, yamaha mg82cx.
They have white midrange cones and a softly glowing white illuminated logo. What sets this apart is their iconic white woofer cone set against black speaker cabinet.
Cons
Impossible to accurately equalize by hand. Hiss and distortion with no signal and with signal. Pulsating nature and the high pitch of the noise make it very distracting and impossible to ignore. Sound isnt clear, it sounds like rf interference.
