Everything else likes whats in description except the volume is a bit low even if you turn it up to the max volume it is still not loud enough

After removing the bottom panel i discovered that nothing was broken but the weighted metal rods that attach to the sticking keys were simply not attached

I was worried at first that the quality of the keyboard wasnt as good as the reviews say because 4 or 5 of the keys on the right side barely worked and stuck quite a bit i called amazon and they were able to replace it
