With proper maintenance and cleaning i havent really had any major problems it just takes a bit of extra cleaning if the project fails and sticks to the extruder

The warranty is for one year i will be shocked if they run the whole year printing almost 24 x 7

Bottom line they print they print great thats why i bought two expect a problem or two tech support is therebuy it use it go to generic filament unless zyxprinting runs real good specials like 600 meters for 9
