It makes it extremely easy to clean up simply run under the tap to rinse off anything or if theres lots of oil such as after roasting vegetables or meat wash with weak washing up liquid

As an aside i contacted the supplier seraphinas kitchen on a separate matter and the response of customer service could not have been bettered
