A recent visit to a triathlon sports store to have a bike sizing assessment is what prompted me to take seriously the reason i looked at 5 finger and other minimalist athletic shoes a few years ago in the first place a terrible case of pronation in my ankles along with the requisite weak tight lax leg foot and ankle muscles tendons ligaments and weak arches

These kmd evo cross trainers are extremely comfortable and work much better for me than my crossfit shoes which always felt clunky and uncomfortable
