I made my reservation last june 2018 the resort opted to not charge my deposit at that time as it should have when i had the money in my account

They just emailed me on june 14th of this year to tell me they tried charging me the full amount on that date and that my card didnt go through

I even went to my bank to see if they ever attempted to charge me last year and they didnt have any record of a charge
