Pros

They are a tad thinner than i expected them to be. The where so easy to clean. And they're lightweight and don't bow in the higher heat or during broiling.

Jenaluca silicone baking mat 16 is perfect for roasting veggies and doing tray bakes. Perfect size for the amazon baking mat. Works with silicone baking sheets and parchment paper.

Half-size sheet pans replace the too-thin jelly roll pans i'd been using. These pans are an amazing upgrade. They do scratch but that is the nature of the aluminum pans.

Fast shipping. Nice to know that great the customer service of a small business can still be found today, especially when ordering through a huge company like amazon!

Cons

These are made very cheaply. Super thin. The parchment paper alway sticks to the pan.
