    Initially i gave this two stars because it wouldnt didnt seem to pair up with my other bluetooth devices

    However sometimes the printer will repeatedly make the bluetooth connected sound repeatedly for no apparent reason

    Recognizing the dongle paired with the printer on windows 10 is easy just open bluetooth and other devices then click add bluetooth device and windows 10 should see the usb bluetooth dongle

    The product was great but the added software caused some malfunctions when using a ps4 controller i had to uninstall the software and use the default windows 10 bluetooth software
