Focus is nonprescription, but for what it is, it works great. My mom has dementia which seemingly comes in cycles. The effects are immediate and long-lasting. It greatly enhances alertness and reduces brain fog.

Focus has also curbed my sweet tooth. My only quibble is that the proprietary focus blend hides how much you are getting from the major ingredients. In most products sold in capsules, the capsules contain gelatin.
