Like many others have noted it didnt write very well especially on different types of paper i ended up switching the pen insert out with one out of a bic atlantis had to trim it just a little and now it writes well but after less than a year of use the plastic has gotten brittle and has started to crack

The light is turned onoff by rotating a welldesigned rubberized switch which also acts as the finger grip for writing

This cap is designed to fit on the opposite end when the pen is in use however the cap doesnt fit snugly and can be easily lost

Youll want to replace the ink cartridge soon hence 4 stars because it skips and doesnt write well

Opening the light end of the pen can be tricky because of the springs in the barrel which turn the light on and off

I replaced the item when i accidentally smashed it and thought the new one would be betterdifferent but no dice

The plastic cracked after a couple months loosening the contact between the battery and lcd
