I havent used this bench during a workout yet but im pleased with the product so far
Better quality than some benches i have seen in gyms

At this price you cannot go wrong
Its a decent bench for £35 ive had it a few years but cant believe the price of it now
Competitiveness
Not sure if itd suit a heavy lifter but im using 20kg dumbbells at the moment and it suits me fine

I wanted to address the problem people are posting about two of the nuts not fitting

They are nutlocks and impossible to put it in by hand and theres no tools included

One slight flaw for me was that the rubber feet dont fit onto the metal stand easily and they will need to be loosened or trimmed in order to get them on but im not sure if that differs with each unit

The setting for bench pressing has extra reinforcement the bench folds almost to flat has wheels that make it easy to move during workouts it moves very little during reps and inspires confidence that it wont give out under load
