I didn’t use tech support but i would recommend this product

They are proving tp be very reliable

I didnt even bother with the apps or cloud functionality because i dont personally need it but theres a handful of options there

I am a bit disappointed that the advertised security camera software is no longer available

It was easy to setup and mac compatible out of the box

I got the 4tb but with redundancy it’s actually only 2tb so i should have gotten the 8tb

I setup 2 unit 4tb hdds and 1 for storage and 1 for backup

Also wakes up much faster than older models
