Power cord is not optimal for large pool covers

Round pool cover so even with an extension cord the connection point between the power cord and the extension cord can easily slide over the cover presenting a safety issue

Your pump will be a lot more stable if you are able to connect the garden hose on the side not at the top

Let me further set the stage here pump submerged on pool step so debris free clear water is the media being pumped hose installed to vertical exhaust port on pump 25 34 garden hose nominal elevation gain 22

That equates to roughly 540 gallons per hour gph so no where near the advertised 1350 gph

Unfortunately the water level did not rise enough to activate this pump but it gave me peace of mind
