This case affords the best sound quality of any of the five cases i have used to protect my iphone
My biggest concern with the first case was i couldnt use my flashlight
You also can not use any lightning cable other than the very small ended one that came with the phone

When i first got this case i tested it as directed by putting a paper towel in it and submersing it under water each time the paper towel came back wet

I contacted merit customer service with the email on the back of the box it came in and told them about the problem

Within hours they contacted me back apologetically and told me they will send me another one free of charge

However i dropped my phone one time with it in this case and it cracked the case

The screen cover bubbles off the screen a bit and the buttons are hard to press for volume and lock

The product says its made in america but it comes with english and chinese instructions
