By and large i am very satisfied though id love it if the rechargeable batteries could be replaced when they inevitably hit their end of life but my big disappointment even though they are labelled 100240v 5060hz european currents 240v50hz kill the chargers in about a month and a half ive lost two chargers this way i thought maybe the first was due to being on dirty generator power in the bush but then second died after civilized european duty leaving you with a paperweight not big enough for a doorstop

Customer service explained that the system should be plugged in when using the waterpik only

If the toothbrush overcharges it runs out of power
