There is 1 white screen in arm and 1 red flow control in shower head

White screen simply unscrews for the red flow control take a sheet metal screw and and screw it into the middle of the flow control

I love the adaptingmovement of the head but i do have to be careful if i put to the side too much it slowly creeps downward which is a bad thing for my shower setup and getting things wet that shouldnt

Being 62 and the shower head being at about 56 and with a limited directional shower head that came out at an angle with the pipe

It can be arched updown and angled too and it can be changed combining different angles

I used it without the extension so it is not directly over my head

The head had decent flow and feels good to me but 3 water holes werent fully open and water is barely flowing out of them and what water is coming out is skewed
