I had a previous waterpik that was white plastic and over the years after a second hose replacement and several moves it turned yellow and started dripping and leaking

This is my 2nd or third in this series over 89 years and they are all wonderful but you have to remove the flow restrictor in the handle easy to do and then it will be perfect if you leave it in the water pressure is so low it is almost useless

With my old shower head the tankless water heater would shut off when water in the unit reached its maximum temperature resulting in a cold shower unless you had another faucet on when taking a shower

The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is due to waterpiks marketing of this product

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

For those with separate valves for controlling the amount of hot and cold water flowing to the shower head waterpiks flow control valve should be a great benefit

I agree with the other positive reviews here

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

The water flow control works great and for those who are wondering why it doesnt shut off the water completely it is because the new tankless water heaters need at least some water flow at least thats what a plumber told me
