The tv came with a broken screen but customer support was very helpful and they let me ship it back and get a free replacement which took a week to arrive i hope amazon has changed its shipping methods when shipping fragile things

Avoid the vizio smart cast tvs everything they sell is smartcast and i will never buy another vizio unless they bring back the old fshione remotes
