Pros
Tablets are tiny, very easy to * and dissolve almost instantly. The delivery driver as always are polite and courtiers. The vitamins are of excellent quality and really promote my health benefits.
Cons
And myself wokeup one day to find a bad skin rash in my upper body (around neck and chest area). Wish i hadn't, most horrid taste in the back of my * as it went down. After a pint of water could still taste it.

They are fine for vegans and veggies only slight problem is they are terribly small tablets so fiddly to handle for us to pick up as we are elderly veggies 🤣🤬

I may change to another brand with this kind of b12 and another kind of b12 in the same ones athletes use apart from that i believe this one does work
