Pros

At 12 by 1. Inches, this is a lighter knife than most. Had always used an electric before purchasing this knife.

It has a fairly thin blade which makes it excellent for slicing. The blade has a good amount of flex to it. Good steel to rival blades costing three times as much.

This knife is amazing! Great carving knife. Used for all the holiday carving and loved it.

Cons

This knife is extremely flimsy and cheaply made. Blade is dull! It's so dull that when i try to slice brazilian picanha steaks that have been cooked on a skewer, it just pushes the whole steak down, and once it hits the plate i have to saw just to get... Read More

Ive sliced quite a bit with this knife and am happy with the quality

So if you just need a big decent quality knife and dont really care about knives its perfect its honestly is a decent performer
