Pros

The beauty of this press is that you don't have to press hard just let the press do its job. Also, smooshes/flattens out easy too. No mess, no cleanup needed.

This 8 inch tortilla press is perfect for us. My wife is from ecuador where they don't make thin mexican style tortillas.

Cast iron presses the dough into the parchment so deeply that it is hard to release them for cooking. What comes out is pita bread, no matter how hard you press.

    The pin that holds the pressing lever appears to be mode of aluminum and because we like our tortillas very thin the pin bent a bit and now is very difficult to remove
