Unfortunately a size up was not available in this shoe due to my long feet so i had to go with a different fivefingers shoe for working out

In addition the foot bed is narrower than usual for me it was noticeable but didn’t bother me at least while trying on initially

I’m an 8 and typically wear a 39 with socks in vibram five fingers but these even in size 40 were so small i could barely get them on with socks it doesn’t help that the heel tab is bent forward and makes the opening to get the foot in pretty tight

The heel tab also digs in a bit tho i would guess it maybe wouldn’t in the correct size
