Venum shin guards are budget-friendly, and let you feel a good amount of the impact when *. It's definitely helped me up my mma and kickboxing game. I use them for muay thai style kick boxing/sparring.
Male my upper calf is 14 with a 15 mid-calf, 12 long shin, 155 lbs. I want to condition my shins, and these cause me a little extra discomfort. I’m a 5’7” bantamweight; ordered medium and they fit perfect.
Cons
The shin fits perfectly but the foot guard is very uncomfortable. Padding is thin and they both unraveled around the top opening after a month or so. Very uncomfortable. Sort of flimsy. Get the better padded ones.
I already got injured twice. Spend the extra money and get a better quality of pads. Also, quality feels poor" "don't cheap out on your shins folks.

After some time you will start to notice they will start to fail not a very good quaility but good guards for begginers who doesnt want to spend money
