Pros

Good old-fashioned cremo is the best shaving product. The one blade prevents acne and ingrown hairs. The shaving experience is comparable to the old german merkur blades.

German made razor blades are very sharp and durable. I shave every other day. I use these de blades for my tto safety razor, i go through them pretty quick.

Cons

With other respectable blades like the ones i mentioned costing between $8 and $12 for a 100 (that's right, one hundred) pack, there's nothing to justify the insane price and laughable performance of the van der hagen blades.

These blades tug at my beard the entire time. It actually hurts shaving with them. After the first shave, they're done. They honestly provide a terrible, painful shave.

Packaging/appearance

Part of the reason these blades arent cheap is because youre paying for all of this pointless packaging

They sit easily on a shelf and aren’t overly large in their packaging

Theyre nice razors they last a while and the way the packaging is designed means i dont have to worry about disposal too much

Competitiveness

And very long lasting compared to other brands

I try many different brands and these are pretty good

I havent found any better blades than these for old school style shaving and i probably wont since ive stocked up on quite a few of these

Some men say that feather blades are the best but theyre too 34aggressive34 for my face
