At high speed there is an audible hum but it isnt too disturbing as only occurs for a small part of the burn cycle

Unfortunately i think it is not big enough for the size of my room and log burner my fault for not paying attention and getting a larger version

It does take a little time to start not surprisingly as the stove has to heat up
