Pros

It makes perfectly sized loaves of pan de mie every time. Best feature is that it's made in the usa! Love it, but is is too pricy with cover.

The dough fits in perfectly and it's tall enough that if you leave the lid off you get a good rounded top. Heat distribution is even and bread browns nicely. Ease of cleaning up after is as rewarding as the taste of fresh baked bread.

Cons

There are now scratch marks and the coating is flaking off from opening it two times. I know they said they can use it without oiling but i very lightly oil it and the inner lid.

Not repurchasing, not worth the trouble. The price is ridiculous!

Very sturdy and produces a great loaf

That pan is coming from a 400 deg oven and is very hot very unsafe

The worst part is removing the lid for the remaining 10 minutes to brown the crust

Shipping

Pan arrived but the wrong size was sent

Buy it elsewhere even if you pay the same with shipping from someone else as this is unacceptable business practice

I think its an odd size anyway and its in a plastic pack that then is shipped in a box

Packaging/appearance

It needs to be packed so it doesnt move around in the box

Ive never had a pullman loaf pan but had seen some videos online and thought it looked great

Competitiveness

I bought two usa pan bakeware pullman pans after bad experience with cheaper pullman pans of another brand

I did my research and looked at less expensive pans but mixed reviews put me off
