However i honestly use it every day around the house when im in need of a cell phone charge while in bed and not close to the charger or sometimes in a pinch ill even stick it in my purse so my phone can be charging while im out

They just asked me about the serial number for the product and my address to send me a new one without sending back the old one

Each day it was near dead and charged quickly
