The switch is in the picture and the position in the picture is the controller on position

So the switch pushed always from the light bulb on the left is on and toward it is off

The instructions leave some bits out but to sync it to the apple tvon the apple tvgo to settingsblutoothsearchon the remotepress and hold the fn blue button on keypad lower leftthen the bt button upper leftdo this for 1530secs or until it pops up on the devices list
