Full backlit keyboard with shift and alt. Backlight helps to see and comes on and off on its own to preserve battery life. This makes typing in a web address something you need a flashlight for which is silly for a backlit remote.
It uses gyro sensing to operate like a mouse on a computer screen. Alarm sensor for anyone approaching front or back gates.

The remote didn't reliably work for me. After almost every single use, it is effectively useless.
The mx3 has a pretty good layout except for the programmable colored *. The rii mx8 has the worst layout of the three.

I does have a back light function but i did notice when i push that button while watching youtube on my firebox it activates the controls on the screen
