Pros

The kuru toga has the perfect amount of metal, plastic, and silicone. It is smaller and lighter than i had previously expected it to be. The auto-rotation is revolutionary for mechanical pencils.

Uni nano dia 2b is a great pencil for college note-taking. The lead rotates and stays constant with its sharpness. It keeps the scribe consistent and smooth. I love how the lead keeps on rotating and never really seems to break.

Cons

Lead no longer retracts in the pencil nor can i get the barrel to siphon lead into the dispenser. The lead no longer goes through the pencil even though i bought kurutoga brand lead.

These pens are junk. The retracting tip is not solid when extended for writing, giving it a little bit of wiggle and spring. Lefties already push the lead when they write, that, combined with the rotating mechanism led to a very uncomfortable writing ... Read More

It seems that there is a mechanical malfunction in the pencil. If it is horizontal it barely works. It seems either the mechanism has changed (for the worse) or this one is not authentic.
