It would start to burn in a good way after about 30 minutes and then the burningtingle would last for a couple hours

Can be a little tricky depending on the body part because you have to then wrap them in saran wrap and sometimes they fall off at the edges but once you get them on they stay and they are sticky so again its not impossible to do
