It works surprisingly well, it’s very supportive and helps if you fall asleep with your mouth open lol. It does what it says it does, it feels awesome and supports the neck.

Cons
Even when it's tight and i smooth and spread it out i end up with neck pain. Threw it away after the 1st leg of my flight. I am a foot taller, but it would not work for me either.
