Pros
It’s rare to get that kind of follow up from a company these days! It's really kool. Only complaint is the fasteners. It's sturdy, solid. Easy to clean with the metal hinges.
It is way better quality than the seat that came with my toilet which was a flimsy plastic lid. It's not cheaply made and the toddler seat is perfect for potty training.
Cons
The hinge on this thing is weak, and the mounts allow the seat to slide all around on the toilet. It is pretty, but i don't want my little kids or adult guests using it. Not a good situation for potty training.
The toilet keeps loosening! We only use natural cleaners, which shouldn't matter. It looks terrible and embarrassing and never clean.

Looks nice and was easy to install once we called the customer service line and they sent over the installation hardware took a few days to arrive in the mail which was for some reason not included in the box

On the down side they didnt seem very surprised that there was no hardware included which made me wonder if this is a problem they remedy frequently

I don’t know if i would have liked this for potty training because there aren’t any handles for my kid to grip

However i have a 13yearold whose fabulously tiny bottom still doesn’t fit on a regular seat and i wanted him to have some thing that was more adultlike and this fits the bill
