Pros

With a sharpener and a honing steel, this thing is easy to keep razor sharp and makes food prep almost effortless. It's easy to sharpen; a ten degree angle on both sides seems to work best for me.

Use a slicing motion to chop vegetables. Whether you push chop or rock chop it just glides through produce. The thin sharp blade is best for cutting meat and veggies.

Compared to the victorinox fibrox this is an (almost) all-around upgrade. I own other more expensive knives such as shun and also german knives but just the general usefulness of this knife makes it my favorite. It has all the best qualities of a chef... Read More

This is the most honest knife i have used. Absolutely loving this knife. It's not super polished and as pretty as the $100+ knives, but it doesn't feel cheap.

If you're coming from a western styled knife it's an easy transition. I like the shift in appearance from the belly to the edge of the knife and the nice shine the metal provides. It's like a solid handshake from a father, boss, or god.

Cons

Sharper is a piece of junk. It lasts for a week then begins to blunt.

And yielded spectacular results with the garlic and basil that i sliced tonight

I’ve had too many generic and subpar knives so thought i would give a quality knife a try

This is the first knife ive bought like this and i hope to get some higher quality ones down the road
