Pros

This product was recommended by my physio. It ensures that my posture is correct and saves me from putting unnecessary pressure on my lower back.

Yet as soon as it arrives the package has its recommended use. Still it does the job but why the website info doesn't say it's recommended use is silly.

This pillow is easy to carry to work and clip around my chair. I use it wherever i go as it's easy to throw in a bag and attach to seating.

Cons

The roll is too thick. Needs to be softer or thinner. This one squashes too much. Totally squashed after just 3 - 4 weeks.
