Why no one has made a tv or streaming series about marshal’s life is a mystery to me. William marshal is so worth the effort!
Strongbow is one of the best historical chronicles written of the 1060 to 1200 period. Connection to ireland (married strongbow's daughter) motivates me to consider a trip to kilkenney.

The history of a power behind multiple thrones of the angevin dynasty. Not just edward longshanks, henry tudor, or henry bolingbrook but also other players like john of gaunt, margaret beaufort.
