Pros

I know it's working my backside because i feel it! I sit in front of a computer 8 hours a day and this is actually toning my *. Really feel the lifting.

Cons

The flex belt arms kit is not worth the trouble. When the pad heat up, it is uncomfortable. I was super excited and waited about a week to get it only to have an exclamation error message and it would not work.
