This thing is so thorough and helpful! Easy to follow directions. It is easy to make adjustments. Most are easy and preparation does not take long.
This book removes so many frustrations when trying to cook a gluten free meal on a sliver of time. This is probably my most used cookbook. Good recipes for a beginning gluten free person.
Cons
Most people with gluten sensitivities are often dairy sensitive, too. There are more and better recipes for crockpot gf cooking on line and in blogs than this book offers.
This book is useless. Would love a refund. The book includes many other types of recipies i could care less about.

Actually we tried it from the library first but there were so many recipes that looked appealing that is why we bought the book
