Pros

Nice hardback book. Dr phil's approach seems so doable that it makes you want to begin immediately. Book was delivered.

The 20/20 diet for life app generates shopping lists, pulls up recipes by day and even gives reminders on drinking water. It's a psychological book to try to change the way you think about food. The goal is to lose 60 lbs.

Cons

Just common sence on paper for 20 bucks. Half of the book is lititure, very boring, i couldn't get through it. Disappointed with this book. The life code had little to do with what the 20/20 dialog should be.

Eating so many nuts and greek yogurt really created a digestive nightmare for me. There are fewer than 20 ingredients to eat for 20 whole days. Phil is not a registered dietitian (rd's) and should not be giving nutrition advice.
