Pros very bright blacklightlike effects when using a 14500 battery fantastic for fluorescing day glow colors especially day glow yellow small light weight works on a single aa or 14500 battery zoom lens is removable and easy to use both hi and low brightness settings as well as strobecons its not very water resistant because theres no o ring on the lens cant be used for verifying certain money or ids that require a real blacklightthis is a very bright uv flashlight when using a 14500 battery

It appears as dim violet light because its near the lower limit of what humans can see

Because the light is a 395nm led things that only fluoresce at 365nm will not glow at all using this light

My tfseven 502b 365nm flashlight is a real blacklight producing mostly invisible blacklight but it also leaks some dim white light

This dim white light doesnt color up things it fluoresces
