I thought it would be a decent cup when i ordered it but the quality is even better than i was expecting
I sent this with the matching set of teas to my twin cousins for their birthday
If you dont want to deal with the water collection from the dishwasher then simply handwash
It probably wouldnât yield good quality tea by that method anyway

The packaging is so nice and pretty to boot
Cup lid and the basket can be washed in the dishwasher so thatâs a big plus for me

But if you hold the cup closer to the lower half its ok

But you have to temper the cup warm the cup with hot tap water then once its up to temp jump it out and put in your hot water for tea and it doesnt work on a warmer plate

I didnt give it 5 stars though because it conducts heat way too easily and is hot to hold also the tea doesnt stay warm long

The amount of tea debris that slips past the basket into the tea is very small and that which does slip past is very small in size as you can see in the picture at the bottom of the cup after brewing some âgunmetal greenâ tea
