Pros & Cons
Pros
The guitar effects is basically chorus, delay (echo), reverb, and body rez (compressor) all of the parameters on the vocal and guitar effects can be tweaked with the intuitive controls.
This model is much more user friendly, and has tons of presets to download and use. I would recommend planning on an extended learning curve in terms of invoking this effect or that at any given time.
Tuner and built in looper is present as well. Only question is why the output for the guitar is via mic jack instead of a normal rca plug. The looper does the basics well, but i haven't used it much.

Tc helicon's play-acoustic midi-pedal is a great alternative to a headrush pedal. The pedal is great for playing acoustic music.
Cons

It is also more directional the object being to avoid as much as possible input from outside sources such as stage speakers or monitors that would then be reprocessed by the vocal harmonizer causing unwanted artifacts
