Good for the price returned it because its not fully compatible with some programs but it may not be taotronics fault

It works great with an ipad or android tablet but it has some issues connecting to pcs especially when using bluetooth dongles

A lot of the functionality is controlled via special command barcodes so make sure to look over the manual briefly

Others have also mentioned a key point regarding taotronics they are responsive to any support request unlike other companies selling similar products

This product can not make a custom prefix

Taotronics did however have good tech support communication while i was contacting them to confirm this
