I then looked at yelp and read some of the other reviews and felt i had to comment because i dont even live there yet but i can honestly say walking the property we did not see any cockroaches or any other bugs at all

The office staff is unbelievably helpful they offered to give me a tour and i had to explain my friend already gave me tour but i am thinking when my current lease is up i might just look to see what is available at this property

As for the unit itself we lucked out and got one of the studio style apartments that looks like a new york loft without the new york price tag

The movie theater and paseo colorado outdoor mall is only a 10minute walk

Ive been here for almost 2 years now and i do agree that the precious staff team was terrible
